I've been reading http://www.thecowgoddess.com for a while now, and she's hilarious and spot-on, most of the time. At the moment, she's running a series on a fictitious place called BirthSMART, and doing a mighty fine job of poking fun at mainstream obstetrics in the US. I highly recommend you read it.
